Lamb balls

We are clearing out the fridge. It has come to the end of its life; it was second-hand when we bought it and now the door seal is damaged and the motor runs most of the time.
One of the last things in the freezer was a half pound of lamb mince, so I made my famous lamb balls tonight... this is 2 cloves garlic crushed, 3 spring/salad onions/syboes, tbsp fresh breadcrumbs, tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary and my secret ingredient... Add an egg and the mince, form into meatballs and bake for 20 mins @200 C. Add to a pot of penne pasta with 3 chopped tomatoes, a handful of torn mint leaves and a packet (200g) of crumbled feta cheese.
