Cheese on toast

Cheese on toast:
I've used a wholemeal bap (but other types of bread work equally well)
Spread liberally with Marmite.
Grate on a generous amount Cheddar.
Then grill at a medium to high temperature until golden.
Remove the more 'well fired' portions of the edge with a knife.
And enjoy
