Mayflower

This old map is meant to illustrate the voyage The Mayflower and the Pilgrims took in 1620. The map is actually in an atlas I own, it is dated 1898 and is fascinating. It does not however actually show Cpt Jones' voyage, annoyingly! I had no other inspiration for today's May challenge word...mayflower.
Friday at last...bit of an up and down all sorts day. I'm meant to be going to a gig on the Ferry tonight but I'm too tired.
Elise and her class did their Viking assembly at school this morning. She was fab, loud, clear and the only one in her class who didn't have to read her lines...clever wee thing.
