May flower

Day 2 of the May Challenge set by AnnieMay and MollyMay, and the theme is Mayflower

Looking online, there are a number of plants known as mayflower including Epigaea repens , a low spreading shrub found from Newfoundland to Florida, west to Kentucky and the Northwest Territories. In the Uk, the name is often attributed to the flower of the Hawthorne.

I'm not sure what my plant is called, but it flowers reliably every spring in my garden, and has a similar white and pink flower so hopefully passes as a Mayflower!
