A walk on the wild side

Through slanting shadows,
Where the heady bluebells throng,
Let me walk once more.

...... In May, in English woodlands, a little part of heaven falls to earth. What could be more perfect than to walk through a bluebell wood in the spring sunshine. The trees are still bare enough to cast shadow patterns and the sweet scent of the bluebells pervades the air. Lush.
