It's That Time of the Month

It's that time of the month again - my book group meeting, happening tomorrow at the Dower House, and meaning I have to come up with a gluten free cake which will not let me or itself down.

These are the ingredients for the Apple/ Almond/ Coconut cake which I have now made and which appears to have turned out moderately successfully. However the proof of the cake will be in the eating. Fingers crossed.
