Rooms with a view

Now that the Bank Holiday is over the weather is brightening up. Nearby to where we live is a housing development which has some enviable views. It must be wonderful opening the bedroom curtains and seeing this lovely pond every day.
As they say on all the TV housing shows, 'Location, location, location'.
