Calm week- fruit bowl

Inspired my my unexpected gift yesterday 'The little book of calm' I have decided to blip some of the advice this week. Today's advice on being calm: 'Invest in a fruit bowl. The more beautiful your fruit bowl, the better stocked it is, the less likely you are to turn to stress- enhancing snack foods. Eat more fruit, and you'll fell more relaxed- it's as sweet as that.'

I read this last night and realised that my fruit bowl was empty, so after work I went for a relaxing swim and then bought some fruit on the way home. I had the raspberries after my tea instead of a desert.
