The last row of carrots all look as if they're about to go to seed, so carrot soup is in the big pan as I type. But I've only dug up half of them so a second batch will have to be made later in the week I think.

We at last got our bonfire burning done and dusted this morning, and by midday as the strict burning rules require. As it burned Steve managed to get more radish sown, and I picked a big bucket of broad beans which are now all in the freezer.
