Voting queue

It is 20 years since everyone was allowed to vote and the goodwill and friendly queues are still a wonderful reminder and recognition of our Rainbow Nation. Issues are now creaping into the voting process, the most amusing today was a lady who was not allowed to vote as her nails were manicured! (An ink spot is put on the cuticle by an official to show that the person has voted).
