Another abrupt start after a late return; texts would indicate it was after 1 when I rolled up home.

Logged on at 7, read user notes, sent an e mail or two, coffee, completed a review, porridge.

Mostly I sat, jaw on the floor at the previous 12 hours, staring vacantly at a screen, Tobacco's pulsating Ultima II Massage adding yetanother sensory curve ball to the aches, the memories, the fatigue......

Lunch; out on the bike, we need a Horseshoe replacement; we tried the Isobar; reasonable price; good portion, all constituent parts were better than average. Yeah.... Not a bad start.

A frantic sprint back behind a tipper lorry, drafted home at illegal speeds, shades on, legs burning.

And an afternoon of arranging next Tuesday; then the boys t round up and cherish for a couple of days. Can't wait to see them, but also so wish I was free tonight just to....do nothing.
