Bread pudding part 1

This collection of drying/dried bread has been collecting on one of the kitchen work tops for a week or two. It is planned to make it into bread pudding, which I am very partial to and always reminds me of my childhood. Ma used to make great oven trays of it and my brothers were capable of devouring it at great speed!

Busy working day - some lessons went very well - I love my Thursday afternoon groups.

I am starting to crank Alex up for his D of E expedition at the week end - finding kit, checking the list, making 'must buy' and 'must find' lists of my own for tomorrow... He seems very laid back at the moment but he won't be on Saturday morning if there is anything that can't be found!
