The new Ellesmere Port Sports Village is coming along nicely and this is what I thought would be the swimming pool last week as there was a massive trench here. It looks as though it will be used to circulate the water from the pool inside the building in the background(?)

Tuttle Jnr had a busy day at school, which was followed by a very good violin lesson. He then "treated" his Auntie for tea. I say treated cos Mrs Tuttle sent him a meal voucher to him via email, which he received on his iPad!

Yesterday's run turned out to be just over ten miles, not 9 miles! "No wonder you took ages" Mrs. Tuttle blurted out!
