Fresh Fruits de Mer!

Camping at the public amenity site in Noirmoutier, our French neighbour was into fishing for anything and everything that swam, wriggled or crawled. He spent the morning collecting these tiny crevettes from the rock pools and when he saw our interest, his charming wife cleaned and boiled them for part of our supper that evening. Taken with mayonnaise and a touch of garlic, they were absolutely delicious (and very, very fresh!)
