Light tower on the football stadium.

This is one of the four light towers at the football stadium of Roda JC. The football club that has just been demoted from the "Ere" division.
I'm curious how to proceed. The complex around the stadium will not be directly affected because there is this week another XXL Albert Heijn supermarket opened. Would be the largest in the Netherlands.
