STONE OF SLOW DEATH

On 11/9/13, we came home to find Lily w/a bump above her right eye, blood shot eye, skinned up nose & a bleeding mouth. VET said she had a low blood platelet count & put her on immune suppressant drugs. This rock was found 3' from the fence of the "nice neighbor". Lily had an up & down battle for 6 mo with some very good days. This morning at 2:30AM , I woke up and knew who, why & how Lily was injured. There R 2 households S.of us. 1 appears to be afraid of large dogs (they have 2 barking rats). They always put out trash on Friday morning & Lily always barked vigorously because they made a lot of noise hurting her ears. The top of the fence was broken out where the rock was thrown at Lily. Most Friday's we were home & would go out & tell Lily to be quite & come in the house. This morning we were not.
