Nasty neighbors strike again

Someone (adult) has been throwing some type of berry from their backyard on to the back of our house and window. I'll talk to them today but doubt that it will do any good as they have no respect for private property and have increased their aggressive disrespectful behavior every since 01/01/13 when I called the police because they would not remove one of their cars which was parked with 2 tires on our front lawn and the grandfathers response was "He is crazy" . This was because I had several times called in a noise complaint because of loud music and cursing outside our bedroom windows which would start anywhere after 5PM & continue to 1-3 AM. I am afraid this is going to lead to hiring an attorney which we can not afford & suing the land lord.
