I like to Mooove it

Over the last six months I have been in training for the Caledonian Challenge, a 54 mile walk through some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. Me and three colleagues have been building up in our training schedules and the one thing I have found is that all of us have absolutely no capability to follow directions and usually get lost and end up being in the place that we shouldn't be! As per usual that was the case on our longest training walk along part of the Fife Coastal path where we covered 40 miles in just under 14 hours. About 3 miles in we missed the sign pointing us toward the path and had to walk through a field of cows who give a really nasty stare to four blokes at 7:30 in the morning.

Shortly after the miscalculation I ended up going a**e over t*t into a small river and so spent the rest of the walk with soaking shoes and the subsequent inevitable blister that appeared. Along the way though we met this friendly character who seemed very interested in my camera.

If you would like to donate to our fund-raising efforts for the Challenge you can visit our page on the website and help making the pain of the walk a little better.
