Jump serve too

Writing this on Sunday because yesterday was a long day and I didn’t get a chance to post. Didn't take many photos (too exciting), so this is another better view of Kalyn serving. :)
Kalyn’s team played really well again and have made it to the quarter finals today. The girls won 2 of their 3 matches, losing only one set out of seven. Qualifying for the top division in the national tournament then making it to the top 8 teams is a great achievement, and no matter what happens today, they’ve had a terrific season. They have to win their first match this morning. If they do, they advance to the semis, and if they don’t, the tournament’s over for them. Game starts at 9:00, so hopefully the girls will be wide awake and ready to go! The fans will be - what a supportive group of parents and grandparents. Supportive and Loud!
We took Krista out for dinner last night because we’ve hardly seen her, then we went to watch her boyfriend Chris play ball hockey. I’ve never seen ball hockey! Much like ice hockey but played with a little ball. The boys showed amazing stick handling skills to control that little ball, and their speed is incredible! Chris’ team won 6-3. Fun to finally see him play!
Heading home today once volleyball finishes.
