Dockey's Wood, Ashridge Estate

This morning I headed over to Dockey's Wood on the Ashridge Estate for a mini blip meet with fellow blippers Annie (AnnieAndChris) and Kathy (Chantler63). Spent a lovely morning photographing the bluebells which were slightly past their best but still provided a lovely carpet of blue through the woods. There were a lot more leaves on the trees than the last time I visited, which provided a lovely contrast to the bluebells.

We then stopped off at the cafe on the Ashridge Estate for a hot chocolate and a piece of coffee and walnut cake.

On the way home I popped into the garden centre. Came out with a few plants and a quirky metal cat sculpture!
