Abchurch Yard

This lane always catches my eye on sunny mornings when I walk to work from London Bridge - but it's very rare that there's not a delivery van parked in it. It was completely empty this morning, so I walked a little way down and took a few shots - then this man walked in and made the scene for me.

Got on well at work today - then this evening we had a carpet fitter come round to our flat to give us a quote. He's 74! Amazing. I have to admit I did get a little bit nervous when he knelt down to show us some samples and didn't look like he'd make it back up again - but thankfully he did.
