I ♥ Blipmeets!

We had the extreme pleasure to meet the lovely DDW and her husband, R, today!

While on vacation we arranged to meet DDW at Pocono Raceway where R was racing. Pocono is only an hour away from our home, so it was an easy drive. And their hospitality made it all worth it! It was so wonderful meeting them both, as well as BB (the lab) and Sally (the dachshund being held by DDW). Thank you so much for the tasty lunch and for the camaraderie. We had a marvelous time! And congratulations to R for his third place finish!

Even after traveling 11 plus hours yesterday (and with a 6 hour time change!) we couldn't pass up this great opportunity. We had actually left Hawaii Thursday night and got back to Pennsylvania Friday afternoon. Surprisingly, we were not really that jet lagged. Many years ago we discovered homeopathic jet lag prevention tablets. And so far each time we have used them they have worked like a charm!
