I had a migraine in the morning which wiped me out. Dawn wanted to go into Ponty to pick some bits and pieces up, so when I finally felt up to it we popped down the valley. We also wanted to go to Princes for lunch.

We had a couple of lovely rolls, which were really just the entrée for the jam filled custard slice for pudding!

It was a quiet evening watching speedway before bed!
