Good day at work

great walk with Kassidy

then when we were finishing crossing the road the hip went weird ...

the forward momentum of human and dog obeyed Newton's laws onto the pavement

and gravity did the rest

Thankfully my skirt stopped it being worse and a driver stopped to check I was OK (my hands are grazed and my shoulders jarred)

Feet up I think for the evening (p.s. thought of using an expletive as a title but decided not to annoy the blip police)
