Fence Ownership !

Is my neighbour allowed to sit and sing on my fence?

Many neighbour disputes are over the boundary fence how high? how owns it and if they can attach items to it.. what color bla , bla bla..

But today the Fence Ownership ! moved up a level..

I was watching a starling sitting in the fence singing her heart out and then about once every 15mins A male starling swooped down and for some reason climbed up on her back.. Wham ! Bang ! and thank you Mam ! it was all all over in seconds.. until the next fifteen minute interval..

as I was trying to photograph the brief encounters this Black decided to photobomb their portrait picture...
