The hidden gardener

Roedd y tywydd yn boeth iawn - rhy boeth i ni. Yn hwyr yn y prynhawn aethon ni allan i mewn yr ardd i chwynnu rhwng y blodau gwyllt. Mae Mervi ein ffrind ni sy'n dod o Ffindir. Mae hi wedi bod yn aros gyda ni ers mis Ebrill. Mae hi'n Ddoctor yn y Brifysgol Lapdir a daeth hi i Gaerdydd i gwrdd â chydweithwyr yma.

The weather was very hot - too hot for us. In the late afternoon we went out into the garden to weed between the wildflowers. This is Mervi our friend who comes from Finland. She has been staying with us since April. She is a Doctor at the University of Lapland and she came to Cardiff to meet colleagues here.
