Waiting

Waiting at the ferry terminal in Lenno this morning.

The weather has returned to normal. We decided to have a shopping and lunch trip to Menaggio. A few minutes to wait before the ferry arrived. When it arrived it was very busy, it definitely gave the impression the visitors are starting to arrive in force, although amongst the foreign languages a few people could be heard to be speaking Italian.

Most of the fellow travellers got off at Bellagio. One of the reasons we would not visit Bellagio on a weekend is it must be packed with tourists.

Things were quieter in Managgio and we enjoyed a relaxed lunch in the sunshine. Afterwards we did a little shopping before returning to Lenno by bus, a visit to the supermarket and the bar before returning to the apartment.
