Large White Butterfly

A beautiful still day - perfect for the garden insects. I spotted this butterfly flitting around the forget-me-nots and expected that by the time I fetched my camera it would be gone. But my luck was in and I was able to take several shots of this lovely creature alive and well (unlike yesterday's blip) doing what they're here to do - feed on flowers!
