Meep! Meep! Zoom!!!

Yep, that bugger of a roadrunner is there, hiding behind the ocotillo.

I had just turned away to come into the house to get a fresh cup of coffee when out of the corner of my eye I saw something flying wisking zooming down my neighbor's wall coming from my left.

Damn! It was a roadrunner. That's a rarity on my wall. I quickly turned around and tried to pick him up through the camera as he shot like a cannon down the bricks.

I snapped rapid-fire and all I got was one out of focus in front of me, this one behind the ocotillo, and one from behind as he faded from view.

No wonder Wile E. Coyote never won!
