D-day...

ok, i know i didn't take it today, but i work on the shot today (though it didn't need much tweaking).

Took this last thursday when i was down in London. it was the one shot i wanted to capture...Churchills statues, in from of Big Ben, striking at 12noon (I'd read somewhere that was when he announced D-Day 6/6/1944) - have altered it into Black and white and i think it captures it better that the glorious blue skies of 2014!

last day at work before hols. Rain had woken me up early doors, was expecting thunder, which didn't arrive. but i managed to sleep til 6am not bad for a work day!!

Work good, both sessions. a walk with Pete in between, a cuppa at mums, then home.
