Aint I a Stinker?

Stink bug! These little guys leave your fingers smelling awful if you pick them up.

The Japanese name is Kame Mushi which literally means turtle bug. I wasn't until I zoomed in on this and realized that their real eyes are above a false eye pattern and they really do resemble a turtle of sorts.

We have baby medaka (kilifish). Fancy pants was very excited to see the eggs we removed from the pond have hatched in the tank. I also had the GoPro half in and half out of the pond. Not sure about the results but they're on Flickrz with some more of these handsome stinkers.
