Repeat performance

I made some biscuits yesterday but because I wasn't wholly concentrating on them (iPad!) they burnt, so I had to make some more today. I checked this lot five minutes before the stated time and they were done, so the first disaster wasn't entirely my fault! The new ones are fine and suitable to take to the family tomorrow, as promised. Meanwhile Normous seems happy to eat the burnt ones.

Chilly day today, but I did get outside for a while and enjoyed seeing all the roses coming into bloom.
