Tarbert Marina

Our usual Sunday jaunt to Tarbert today. This is the Scottish Series event at Tarbert this weekend.

We watched some of the yachts coming in after today's races but the packed marina caught my eye. You could have crossed the bay walking from yacht to yacht they were packed in so tightly. The light this evening was so typical of that Argyll light with the heavy brooding clouds and sparkling light on the still water s of the loch producing the reflections of the masts.

More racing tomorrow , but by the looks of the hospitality tents also jam packed with sailors and visitors tomorrow could be really interesting.
