A DIY day

Today we started off with the intention of unpacking some of the many boxes that are currently everywhere in the house. But instead we spent the day doing some essential DIY maintance.

CJ loves helping his dad with DIY - it doesn't matter what they are doing, so long as he can help. And as the main job today was putting up the new blackout blinds, there was plenty he could help with! This was one of my favourite moments - he was trying so hard to hold the bar, but was so busy watching S2 cut the other end, that it kept getting away from him.
