WE WON!!

Yes, our surplus food cafe hit the jackpot yesterday when a team of three pitched for a £10,000 funding award at the Hay Festival and emerged the winner. The money will be used for staff recruitment and outreach work to encourage other communities to initiate similar projects to counteract food waste.
