Rotorua Museum

I am not usually in Rotorua at dusk, but plans changed a bit after "The other half" managed to break his front tooth off while chewing a chop bone at lunchtime.
Luckily got to see a dentist, who has had a go at "glueing" it back on! Will see how long it lasts. No more chewing bones or apples.

On the way home, drove through Government Gardens where the stately Tudor building stands, now our wonderful museum which attracts thousands of tourists.
It was originally opened in 1904, as a geothermal spa which offered therapeutic treatments to visitors from all over the world.

This view was taken looking across the croquet green. New Zealand is a very "young" country and we treasure our old buildings.
