Baking.

I made my first loaf of bread today and it didn't turn out as bad as I thought that it would. It was an olive loaf - which I made on the recommendation of a friend who got the recipe from the Great British Bake Off Calendar. And it's a good recipe. Although I should have put in lots more olives, but it's edible, so I'm really not complaining.

Today was the first proper day of half term so I didn't really do much else except go swimming. I would say that my life is it a bit boring, which is sort of is, but it feels so nice not actually having to do anything for a change.
