Cooee! Found any worms yet?

Back in rainy ole Brissle again but the forecast is better for tomorrow

This pair of blackbirds were finding plenty of worms and grubs to eat although the hen seemed to be finding the biggest worms which she thrashed into bits before gobbling up. They are looking pretty svelte so I imagine they've just brought up one brood and are getting fit enough to embark on raising another.
