graffiti weave

Up and out in the clear blue morning. By the cycle path into town, just past the Riverside Museum, is a long line of fencing. One, and only one, of the diamond shaped weave of the wires is another weave. So unusual and crafted. As beautiful in its essence and design as the award winning building just behind it. Though this artist remains anonymous. But what can she or he mean? Is it a call to revolution? A signature? Could it have been an Edwardian spider ?

Whatever, it is itself and it is sublime. Look how the string dances in an out and across and under and around and back again. Like the mural artist from yesterday, a piece of string and a parallelogram of wire and a geometric fine thing is spun, is conjured. A very special graffiti tag. Lit perfectly in this bright late spring morning near the river.
