A hot, walk up the mountain took us to a great little restaurant overlooking the valley. With an amazing outdoor pizza oven and grill the lovely dog sitter and I enjoyed the best pizza I've had since arriving in Japan as well as some delicious spare ribs (there may also have been wine!) Pet are allowed so the woofer was in his element , (you may notice another papillon buddy to the bottom right of the photo.)

The woofer was very lucky to get left overs, and as he had been so good we took him down to the river so he could fetch sticks before a lovely walk home through the forest - fortunately all downhill.
