Not something you see every day

It was Tweedbank Fair today and I went for a wee wander round. The guys from the Borders Model Boat Club were there with various boats letting people have a go so I watched them for a while then went up to the main part of the Fair. There was plenty going on with the local pipe band playing, lots of stalls, a couple of bouncy castles and hundreds of kids everywhere. I turned to walk back to the car and me this horse and cart combination coming towards me on the path.

Tonight I took a bus up to Peebles for a wee night out with some old school friends. We had a lovely meal and a few drinks in The Crown and got caught up on the last couple of decades. I hope we can all do it again soon.
