" LAZING ON A SUNNY AFTERNOON "

Sorry this is a late blip!!
Well we may have been taking a break but the rest of the small animals were extremely busy.

Matthew wanted to walk down to the Station on Sunday and we saw this little furry ball sitting at the side of the road. We're not sure whether it's a Doormouse or a young water vole? Any suggestions, you clever folk.

When we got to the station and Matthew and Mr A indulged in coffee and chocolate, (tch tch, I hear you say), I walked down the garden my eyes being drawn to the antics of these two squirrels. They took no notice of me only moving after Phoebe whimpered.

Of course we had to take a shot of the large steam engine, Hall Class apparently, which must look like a fire breathing dragon to Phoebes.

Then on the way back this baby rabbit appeared in front of us, stood still long enough to take the shot then disappeared.

Matty was very happy and we laughed a lot and as always there is a huge gap when he returns. But he has to manage without us as we're not getting any younger.

Mr A is now waiting to rehearse as we're performing this Friday at Milverton Music Club before we take our holiday in Ibiza to do some more singing.

Hope you all enjoyed a peaceful weekend and of course it is now the dreaded Monday and it's raining. Nothing worse!!!
Thankyou for reading my ramblings, sending hugs~~~
