I have taken a similar shot to this one before, however I have never had this level of success, i'm finally happy with the results!

Today the lack of motivation from yesterday slowly returned, I just put the iPod on and plugged away at the work I need to get done, once work was complete it was off to the gym for a quick run and weights session before heading home.
