A Slow Sort Of Day

Oh what a grey day! Wall-to-wall rain and chilly. Yes, the heating's back on again - in June! I'm listening to the French Open Tennis as I work and their temp right now (mid-afternoon) is only 10C. Mon dieu!

It;s been a day of intensive work, as I'm determined to get ahead so's I can watch both Andy Murray's quarter final in an hour or two (weather permitting), then the England v Ecuador friendly football tonight. (Ecuador? How hard can that be?)

There were few living creatures out in the rain; Brian the Snail is an exception to that rule.
