The Wall Calendar

So we put this calendar up on the wall and we plan the next years services celebrations and events. And we're always spot on, (smile moment) well we do try.

It's a bit like looking into the future but keeping all the unknowns around.

A necessary evil, but quite a normal business model. Fortunately we usually build in enough elasticity to allow for all the unintended developments.

History says we do a pretty good job.
