Dog-friendly...

...cabin, with Jasper stretched out on his bed between ours. He's always been a good traveller in every way and this journey was no different. I woke in the middle of the night because the sea had got a bit rougher, turned and looked down at him to check he was ok with the different movement, but he remained asleep.

We drove up to Derby, stopping for fish and chips on the way - of course - and then spent the night in a very nice B&B that welcomed dogs. We couldn't go straight to the house because the managing agents weren't able to carry out the final inspection for the tenant until Tuesday morning. We, of course, hadn't realised that it was Bank Holiday!
