We'll fight them on the beaches

Pippa loved the beach today and a rare old race around with this German shorthaired pointer that looked more like dog ballet in the way they were dancing around. Apparently this is 1000 blips. Thank you to all who have stopped by and commented over that time.

I've decided to regenerate my immune system after reading this article in today's Daily Telegraph. I could really do with a new one but the means to get it is a bit extreme. I've never fasted in my life. I imagine cold turkey must feel a little like this. Roll on Monday.
