Shungiku

And another trip to the allotment.
There's so much to do at this time of the year, lots of weeding and grass-cutting as well as sowing and planting.
We should have harvested this row of Shungiku ages ago, the leaves make a fine addition to a stirfry, but no matter when they produce these beautiful flowers; set off nicely by the first wild poppy of the year on a blazing hot day.
