Hurry Before The Sun Goes Down

We were having a very late lunch at our favorite downtown pizza place when I noticed the sun was getting low enough to shine below the dark clouds overhead. I knew it wouldn't be long before the looming hulk of Lummi Island blocked the golden rays, so I hurried down to the waterfront as fast as I could. It didn't last long, but it was great for a while.
