Inspiring people

Today was a day training "nearly" vicars. For a number of years now I've taken the last day of the last residential in the last year of training ..... In other words, de-mob happy, no assignments. There were about 40-50 there and we looked at listening, children & young people, employment of workers, safeguarding, quite a lot really ...... over 3 sessions through the day. This year I worked with Rachel, a colleague who works as a youth adviser.

These are inspiring people with heart, faith, energy, passion, experience and a desire to serve. Impressive, really impressive. A joy to serve.
